Jackie Ré is a dedicated clinician and Vice President of Programming at both High Watch Recovery Center and Alina Lodge, where she brings deep compassion, vision, and clinical expertise to the field of substance use disorder treatment. With a steadfast belief in holistic, individualized care, Jackie has spent more than a decade designing innovative programs that seamlessly integrate psycho-spiritual principles with evidence-based practices.
She began her professional journey in Human Resources and Training, where her innate desire to support others inspired a pivotal career shift into behavioral health. Since joining Alina Lodge in 2011, Jackie has remained committed to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery through personalized and transformative care.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Certified Clinical Supervisor, Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, and a Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner. Her clinical work is deeply informed by the IFS model, which she embraces not only as a therapeutic modality but as a guiding philosophy for living and healing.
She has presented on IFS at numerous conferences and professional workshops, sharing her passion for psychospiritual integration and clinician development. Recent highlights include facilitating a two-day immersive workshop for clinicians at Krysuvik, a residential treatment center in Iceland, and presenting at the 2025 IFS Annual Conference in Chicago.
Passionate about program development, staff training, and empowering others on their path to recovery, Jackie is especially energized by creating spaces where deep emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing can flourish. She brings heart, insight, and integrity to every aspect of her work.
